I am so excited to share this sweet wedding on the blog! When Rachael first reached out to me I was so excited to get to know her and Jonathan better. I just had a sense that I would love them, and I was right! I shot their engagement session and learned so much about them, and their love story, which sounded like something out of a movie. If you haven’t read how Jonathan proposed, make sure you read it HERE!

I texted Rachael the morning of her wedding to reassure her everything would be fine, because a rainstorm was in the forecast for that afternoon. In true Rachael spirit she texted back, “Nothing can steal our Joy!”. At the last minute every plan got changed, but Rachael didn’t miss a beat. You could tell she was beyond excited to marry Jonathan, her best friend.

Their ceremony was incredible and you could feel the love from their friends and family as they talked about Rachael and Jonathan, and how they prayed to find each other. At the end of the night, they both dared the rain, and as a result we captured some of my FAVORITE evening shots ever.
