When I met Claire she told me “I am really easy-going and laid back”. She was right! From their fun engagement session to their Spring wedding, Claire was so happy and just so ready to be Matthew’s wife! When I walked into the getting-ready room, Claire had her details ready. As I started to photograph the rings, I noticed the sweetest inscription inside of Matthew’s wedding band! I got so excited when I saw Claire’s dress because she had lace sleeves! Between her lace sleeves and long veil, Claire looked like a princess.

We headed over to Claire’s Grandmother’s home for their first look and bridal party photos. The forecast called for thunderstorms for most of the day, and while we had some ominous-looking clouds, not a single drop fell! The bridal party headed back to the church, and we had a few minutes for portraits of just Claire and Matthew. It was such a wonderful time for just the two of them to enjoy being with each other before walking down the aisle.
