As soon as Keri told me her vision for their uptown Charlotte engagement session, I was excited! Keri said she wanted the first half of her session to have a classy and sophisticated bar vibe and the second half to have a fun elopement feel. I think we pulled it off! We met up at The Haymaker, a fun bar in uptown. The gold pendant lights, leather bar stools, and blue tiles complimented their outfits perfectly. After finishing their cocktails, we headed to a rooftop parking deck to have fun.

They laughed, walked, kissed, and were willing to go along with anything I asked them to do. Basically, they are my dream couple. After a quick outfit change, we headed to the old courthouse and took some of my favorite images of the afternoon! They looked like a couple so madly in love that another couple congratulated them on what seemed to be their elopement! Keri and Joshua have planned some fun things for their November wedding day at Dugaren Vineyards, and I can’t wait to show you! It was hard picking my favorite photos from their session, but I narrowed it down to a few stunner images.
